Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was amazing for the price; I basically felt at home away from home. It was clean and nice, though in need of some updates, especially in the bathroom with messy caulking. The morning breakfast was awesome, stayed stocked up until the last 5 minutes of breakfast time with a variety of delicious options like bacon, eggs, waffles, grits, cereal, milk, breakfast burritos, and DIY oatmeal. It's an awesome place for families. However, there were some black areas on the walls in the kitchen, and the carpets smelled strongly of dried urine and smoke, falling short of cleanliness expectations.
My stay at the Residence Inn was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and nice, but they could use some updating, especially in the bathroom. The morning breakfast was fantastic with a variety of options, but it got a bit crowded towards the end. However, there were some cleanliness issues like black areas on the walls in the kitchen and a strong dried urine smell in the carpets.
The hotel had OK rooms, clean and updated, with two bedrooms and a full kitchen. There were some maintenance issues like a large pooling of rust-colored water under the refrigerator. Service was friendly overall, but some staff members seemed uncaring. The location was convenient, close to shopping and right off the freeway. The breakfast was decent but the service could have been better. The facilities lacked attention to detail, with issues like an overflowing toilet and slow maintenance response.
The hotel rooms were clean and nice, although some updates are needed in the bathrooms. The morning breakfast was awesome, offering a variety of delicious options until the last 5 minutes of breakfast time. However, there were some issues with cleanliness and noise in the room, and the layout was a bit odd. The breakfast service could be improved for a better experience.
My stay at this hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were a nice size but oddly laid out with no door in the changing area, which could be bothersome with the light. The breakfast was average, and the service could have been more attentive, especially in the mornings. The location facing away from I-10 was convenient for exploring the heart of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Staying at this Residence Inn was a mixed experience for me. The room, although not meeting my initial expectations, provided a homely feeling at a great price, despite some noise issues. The service was overall professional and friendly, making me feel welcomed. The central location in Baton Rouge was convenient, yet some inconsistencies were noted. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
